Scott has 35 years of experience in the management, development, leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial property. Brokered over one thousand complex lease and sale transactions, managed and stabilized troubled assets and developed in conjunction with various partners more than 40 projects.
Most recent project: redeveloping a dilapidated 70% vacant building in downtown Los Angeles into an architecturally appropriate, pedestrian friendly project anchoring the northwest corner of 4th and Broadway. The building was re-modeled, re-positioned and leased to 100% occupancy in 12 months.
