Scott A. Sloves, Senior Vice President, is a commercial leasing specialist with a primary focus on corporate tenant and owner representation in the New York metropolitan area.
His duties have included local and national tenant representation and agency assignments. In 2007, he represented AIG in their 133,000 rentable square foot relocation to 1 New York Plaza after having represented them in 2006 with their 250,000 rentable square foot relocation to 32 Old Slip. Also, in 2006, he represented Tower Group Inc. in the restructuring and expansion of their lease at 120 Broadway now totaling over 117,000 rentable square feet. He also represents E*Trade Financial Corporation globally and has completed over 250,000 rentable square feet of acquisitions including 106,000 rentable square feet in Jersey City, NJ. In addition, Mr. Sloves has recently completed a successful leasing campaign as the leasing agent for JP Morgan Chase’s disposition of space within 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, a 2.2 million square foot office tower, and was also involved in the $185 million sale of 75 Wall Street to the Hakimian Group.
Scott was recognized by his peers when he was awarded the inaugural Mentor of the Year award in 2006 for his tutorial skills and eagerness to hone new brokers and sales associates in their brokerage skills.
