Senior Vice President Scott is an office leasing specialist and LEED-accredited professional based in CBRE’s Century City office. Scott has expertise across a wide array of companies and industries ranging from large public company global occupiers to fast growth technology occupiers in greater Los Angeles.
He assists clients with their local, national and international leases, sales, financing and construction projects for all asset types. Scott has completed tens of millions of square feet in transactions, solving for client needs across the entire real estate spectrum. He excels in sustaining meaningful professional relationships, including that of our internal platform experts. He leverages the world-class CBRE platform to expedite clients’ timelines and solve for their holistic real estate needs.
Together with Jake Bobek, Jonathan Dezzutti, Mike Fisher and Quinn Ruiz Edwards, Scott is a member of one of the firm’s preeminent occupier representation teams focused on solely advising tenants on their global portfolio, workplace, and real estate strategies. The team has over 35 years of combined real estate experience in advising organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies, large professional service firms, and multi-market companies with complex & diverse real estate portfolios. In addition to portfolio transaction & advisory work, the team works hand-in-hand with the Workplace & America’s Consulting Group to provide clients best in class consulting services on various real estate & workplace related topics.
