Scott W. Weaver, principal, oversees all financial, acquisition and sales disposition activities for WDJ. Scott has been involved with commercial real estate since 1987 specializing in sales of income properties, tenant representation, leasing and the development of retail properties. Scott has handled the sale of more than $100 million in income properties, over $15 million in land sales and has leased more than a million square feet of space. Over the last five years, Scott has been involved with the construction and redevelopment of more than $50 million in commercial projects including build-to-suits, construction and renovation of anchored centers and neighborhood centers. Prior to the creation of WDJ in 2002, Scott formed Weaver Realty Group, a full-service commercial real estate company, focusing on value enhancement of commercial real estate through redevelopment, renovation, new retail construction and leasing, and sales of commercial real estate. Additionally, Scott has had extensive experience in tenant representation. Prior to forming Weaver Realty Group, Scott was Vice President of Wulfe & Co. for thirteen years where he represented numerous financial institutions in the disposition and leasing of their assets including Crown Life Insurance Company, Texas Commerce Bank, Pacific Mutual Life Insurance, Northwestern Mutual Life, Massachusetts Mutual Life, Gentra Capital Corporation and J.E. Robert Co.
Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.) where he attends seminars and conventions nationwide.
