Scott Weems has been a market leader in the San Antonio apartment arena since 1976. He joined San Antonio Commercial Advisors in 2012 and is responsible for closing over 95% of all sales assignments presented to date.
Prior to joining SACA he was with CBRE and Hendricks & Partners, two of the world’s largest commercial real estate service firms. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of apartment communities specializing in representing owners and development clients. Scott has an outstanding track record of advising owners in ways to maximize the value of their properties. Scott consistently achieves record pricing in the market and has closed hundreds of apartment transactions in south Texas with a total consideration that exceeds $2,000,000,000.
Scott has practical problem solving skills with first-hand experience as a multi-family developer and asset manager. In his career he has created over 35 real estate partnerships, navigating the process from land acquisition through construction and financing. This full cycle experience has enhanced his ability to advise his clients in each step of the process.
