Scott Yards, Senior Vice President at CBRE, dedicates his efforts to representing tenants, landlords and developers in the leasing, selling and purchasing of office properties on both a local and national level. With over 18 years of experience, Scott has transacted more than $500 million in sales and leases during his career. Recently, Scott has represented a variety of national companies, including KAO, Inc., Time Warner Cable, Northrop Grumman, Nationwide Insurance, Walgreens and Hines, Inc.
Scott has received numerous awards, including the multiple recipient of the CBRE Cincinnati Cup Award (2006 and 2009) for demonstrating the highest qualities of teamwork, integrity, loyalty, leadership and professionalism. He is an annual member of the Cincinnati Board of Realtors Top Producers Club and a recipient of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors “Rising Star” Award for the highest sales among new members in 1999.
Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine College in Louisville, Kentucky and achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification in 2004. He has also been a guest columnist on the 55KRC radio program, Simply Money.
