Bio
Sean joined Colliers International in 2006 following a successful tenure commencing in 2000 as a Tenant Representation & Corporate Services specialist at Trammell Crow Company. At Colliers, Sean specializes in Office/R&D tenant representation for high-tech, software and manufacturing clientele. Assisting clients with their local, national and international requirements, Sean draws upon his quantitative and qualitative analytical tool set, in tandem with the extensive market data captured in Colliers proprietary database, to assist clients with i) formulating real estate strategies, ii) achieving market competitive real estate lease and sale transactions, iii) negotiating occupancy flexibility, iv) controlling costs, and v) ensuring alignment between real estate strategies and corporate goals.
Sean co-founded the Colliers Tenant Advisory Group ("TAG") to identify, refine and improve upon tenant representation best practices. TAG utilizes a team approach in strategy discussion and transaction management, while maintaining a single point-of-contact for client account management.
Sean is a current president and past CFO of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB), Executive Committee member of the Board of Governors at the Silicon Valley Capital Club, and Board Member of The Enterprise Network of Silicon Valley (TENSV), a technology incubator and innovation center headquartered in Santa Clara. Sean is an active member of Colliers' R&D and Tenant Representation practice groups.
Prior to focusing on the commercial real estate market, Sean co-founded a web-based digital signature ASP, was Silicon Valley Operations Manager for IKON, and enjoyed a five-year tenure with Xerox Corporation's business operations group.
