Searcy Ferguson is a First Vice President with CBRE. Based in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Ferguson works with a team of Global Workplace Solutions professionals that serves clients on a single point of contact basis. Mr. Ferguson has negotiated transactions in every major market of the United States, as well as in almost every secondary market across all product lines of commercial real estate. Mr. Ferguson has handled over 1,000 projects nationwide, delivering successful streamlined results for his clients with the best possible solutions.
Mr. Ferguson’s professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, development, strategic planning, acquisitions and dispositions. Before joining CBRE in 2006, he was with Trammell Crow Company for seven years.
Mr. Ferguson was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where he currently resides with his wife and their two daughters. In the local community, he has also spearheaded fundraising and organizational efforts for the Dallas Historical Society.
