As he got older, he also learned that he loves helping others. He has been a career coach and a counselor. As a career coach, he helped people find their careers and establish themselves. He has kind of like a coach for my real estate clients as well. The approach is similar.

His experiences in real estate have definitely impacted mine. He has bought and sold a condo and a house. The condo was a fixer upper. He saw it as an investment, and it sold. My next real estate transaction was buying another fixer upper. This time it was a house, and my wife and I still live there.
