Sesha Debnam is a commercial property manager and Broker-In-Charge at Debnam Property Management, currently managing over 800,000 square feet of office space in the city of Raleigh. Her background in banking and real estate extends over 30 years. In 2001, her passion for event planning led her to work as an events director and eventually as the CEO of her own event planning company. She has also been a director of the American Diabetes Association of Eastern North and South Carolina. She is a licensed broker in North Carolina and holds a BBA degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and has worked with numerous statewide and national organizations. Sesha currently serves on the board of directors of the Executive Mansion Fund and the board of Women Awake PAC. She is a member of BOMA. She is a Leadership Triangle Goodmon Fellow and 2013’s Woman of the Year for the Triangle Area Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is a past member of the Jr. League of Raleigh.
