Seth Peyser is an Associate Director at Epic Commercial Realty specializing in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties throughout the east side of Manhattan and Greenpoint, Bushwick & Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Mr. Peyser’s market knowledge extends across a wide range of properties and is focused on investment properties including mixed-use, multiunit residential, apartment buildings, industrial properties, retail stores, and development sites.
Mr. Peyser has developed local, national and international relationships with developers, investors, and buyers, focused on the real estate markets in New York City.

Prior to working at Epic, He has owned numerous companies specializing in sales and marketing. He has sold more than 500 million dollars of product to both national and international companies. Recently, Mr. Peyser spent time in real estate development, buying, renovating, and selling properties in Northern New Jersey.
Mr. Peyser is a graduate from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
