Seth Pollack is Director, Capital Markets & Retail Brokerage services within the retail leasing team in Northern NJ and Rockland County NY. With a strong history of serving real estate owners across New Jersey and suburban NYC on the capital markets side, Seth focuses on representing retail landlords as an agency leasing specialist as well as representing retail tenants across the state. He brings the depth and breadth of Cushman and Wakefield’s retail platform and vast resources to his clients, and is seen as a strategic advisor and extension of their team on the real estate side.
Previously, he was in the Metropolitan Capital Markets Group in Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, New Jersey office, where he focused on investment sales of multi-tenant retail, and office properties in New Jersey and the suburban markets surrounding New York City.
Before his time at Cushman & Wakefield, he was Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, where he was recognized as Salesperson of the Year and R.E. Forum’s Top Broker New Jersey.
Seth has over three decades of experience in real estate management and real estate investment sales. He has specialized in multi-tenant investment sales within the retail and office sector and has sold in excess of $1 Billion in investment properties throughout New Jersey and New York State on behalf of Real Estate Investor Trusts such as Urstadt Biddle Properties, Brixmor Property Group, Inc., Acadia Realty Trust, while also representing Management, Development and Operating Companies.
Prior to joining Massey Knakal Realty, Seth was a First Vice President at CBRE’s Private Capital Group in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
He has also served as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
He began his Real Estate Investment sales career as Vice President of Retail Investment Sales at Gebroe Hammer Associates after spending 10 years as Director of Operations at a private real estate company in New York City, where he oversaw operations of a portfolio of 500,000 sf of retail, office and loft commercial properties.
Seth recently redirected his focus on multi-tenant retail leasing in Northern NJ and Rockland County NY representing landlords as an Agency specialist at Cushman and Wakefield with the intention of bringing the Cushman and Wakefield Edge to Investors and Developers.
