Since joining Cushman & Wakefield Seth has been involved in the acquisition and sale of more than $2.0 billion of institutional real estate. He represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate properties throughout the Bay Area and the Northwest.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was a Vice President with Ziegler Capital Markets, where he specialized in healthcare and real estate investment banking. During his seven years at Ziegler, Seth completed 30 capital markets transactions totalling over $1.0 billion.
