Seth leads the Task Team at BHHS Professional Realty and has been a realtor since 2005. His team is consistently ranked in the top 100 in the world in the Berkshire Hathaway network and in the top one-half of one percent of all realtors in the country in volume.
Task is currently on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and its Strategic Thinking Advisory Board. He served as the chair of the NAR Federal Finance and Housing Policy Committee in 2015 and as the Chair of the NAR Conventional Financing and Policy Committee in 2019. Task earned the Green and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) professional designations from NAR and is a 2015 NAR Leadership Academy graduate.
Civically, he has been involved with several Chambers of Commerce, served on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, is a Cleveland Masonic Lodge Brother, and currently serves as the secretary of the Gates Mills Elementary Parent Teacher Club.
