Shad has been involved in transactions, investment services for acquisitions, dispositions and renewals for numerous corporate clients including Regus/IWG, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, NCR and AdventHealth. Shad has also been responsible for all renewal and disposition negotiations for a portfolio of 540 Office locations consisting of 10.4M SF. During this time, Shad has provided strategic portfolio management consulting to optimize the existing Regus/SPACES network, as well as market analysis and site selection for acquisitions.
