Shaké Agaronyan joined Cushman & Wakefield in November 2015 as a Senior Property Manager overseeing an office totaling more than 400,000 square feet. With more than 13 years of experience in property management she takes pride in her ability to formulate specific approaches, apply pertinent experience and is dedicated to achieving an effective and strategic partnership with her clients and teams. She has a deep financial base that translates into results and investor savings. In addition to overseeing a portfolio of office product Shake also manages a number of property management teams.
Shake also has extensive construction management experience, including the oversight of tenant improvement and capital projects throughout the portfolio. Shake prides herself on her passion for sustainability, and her efforts for green buildouts. With her eye on energy reduction, and ecofriendly materials the clients and tenants walk away happy.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Shake worked for the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City (RDA) coordinating efforts to hold property until development and/or acquisition. In this role she worked closely with the RDA project managers and City Council on the plans for Salt Lake City. She worked closely with neighboring properties to ensure a cohesive development takes place. During her time with the RDA, Shaké Agaronyan was able to collect $100K of missed revenue.
