Shana is a licensed associate real estate broker and the managing director of the Buffalo office of CBRE Upstate NY with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
A member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Shana’s primary focus building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the office sector by understanding their goals and challenges, and proactively responding with strategic solutions.
Well-versed in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties, Shana’s proven track record of providing positive outcomes for both occupiers and investors is illustrated by a diverse client roster which includes a mix of multinational corporations, local not-for-profits, regional practitioners, REITs, private investors, government agencies, and quasi-municipal organizations.
Shana supports CBRE Upstate NY’s commitment to the industry and community through the support of organizations such as Cornerstone Manor, BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund, WNY Women’s Foundation, Child & Family Services, and Compass House.
Shana leads the CBRE|Buffalo office, building and maintaining long-term relationships by understanding client goals and objectives, and responding with strategic, proactive solutions.
