Shane Boyle was born and raised in Killybegs, County Donegal, a scenic fishing village on the North West coast of Ireland. After spending time in Chicago in 2008 and 2009, Shane moved to New York City full time in 2012 in pursuit of his American Dream.
One of Shane's greatest attributes is his work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to build an instant rapport with people. As a solo agent in his first two years in the real estate business, he closed over 100 residential and commercial transactions. His passion grew stronger in investment sales with a self-professed obsession with multi-family buildings and underwriting.
