I have been a real estate professional since 2006, and have successfully closed dozens of residential and commercial transactions, including short sales and bank owned properties. With personal experience owning residential, commercial and income property investments, along with my background as a CPA, I am uniquely qualified to assist you whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor. <br />Chico IS my hometown. I am a graduate of Paradise High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1995. I served as the President Elect in 2014 and the President in 2015.<br />Besides my family, the accomplishment I am proudest of is my 2010 induction to the Paradise High School Sports Hall of Fame.
