Shane Jimenez joined Lee & Associates in 2010 with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Shane’s 20-years of commercial real estate experience has led him into all aspects of the industry including asset management, acquisition, disposition, entitlement, and development. Shane’s perspective is broad, and his industry knowledge is deep rooted. Shane is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Idaho and active in the day-to-day commercial real estate market. He understands the dynamics of commercial real estate markets and is qualified to help clients find commercial real estate solutions. Shane specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate. His real estate knowledge is complimented by expert financial, marketing, negotiating and due diligence skills. These skills have been acquired from 29 years of business ownership and executive management experience. This experience, along with a strong work ethic, has enabled Shane to become a respected leader within the commercial real estate industry.
