He has extensive knowledge of construction, design, landscaping and the overall housing market in the Fox Valley and beyond.<br /><br />Shane has successfully owned and managed Total Floor Covering for over 8 years. In that time, he has been nominated for the Appleton Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2007. As well as a two-time nominee for The National Store of the Year from the National Floorscapes Conventions of 2009 & 2011.<br /><br />Shane believes that being a part of the community he serves in is not only important, but his responsibility. He has served on several Boards, such as, Rebuilding Together Fox Valley and Downtown Rotary. He has chaired or served on several committees, SAMP Project (Sharing Around the World Medical Project), Community Foundation Grant Committee and Rotary Grants Committee.
