Shane Litts is a licensed Realtor® specializing in commercial real estate in the greater Savannah area. Shane is a graduate of the School of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University, and has now worked for more than a decade in the environmental consulting and compliance field. In this role, Shane’s primary focus is to keep a diverse portfolio of clients in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. This experience has given Shane insight into commercial and industrial real estate transactions, as he has routinely guided his clients through the necessary due diligence and compliance required to successfully close their deals.
Shane developed true passion for real estate after he purchased and renovated his first historic Victorian duplex in downtown Savannah. Since then, Shane has worked to renovate both historic commercial and residential properties throughout the city. When Shane is not working to satisfy his clients, you can find him spending time with his amazing wife and son, playing guitar with his band, or out photographing local nature and architecture in the gorgeous city of Savannah.
