Shane Ozment is Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Colorado office, where he leads the Institutional Properties team with partners Terrance Hunt and Chris Cowan. A respected commercial real estate expert, Mr. Ozment has advised clients in the disposition of over 300 multifamily assets with a total consideration of over $9.3 billion throughout his 20-year commercial real estate career. He specializes in the marketing and selling of multifamily properties – ranging from Class A to value-add – in the metro Denver market. He is involved in all aspects of the marketing process, including asset valuation, client and prospect relations, contract negotiations, and closings.
Prior to becoming a real estate advisor in 2002, Mr. Ozment was employed as a stock broker with Morgan Keegan, Inc. and as a financial advisor with Prudential Securities in Portland, Oregon. In four of the last five years, Shane and Terrance have been ranked as DMCAR’s Top Multifamily Broker of the Year.
