Sharon Quisenberry has been in real estate for 30 plus years serving all of San Diego County with an emphasis on Ramona. Her experience includes residential, commercial, multiple unit housing and vacant land. She has direct experience in land subdivisions and new home construction. She personally deals with the County Planning and Land Use Department and various utilities daily in staying up to date on regulations and requirements in order to properly advise her many builder and land purchase clients. She also has a keen understanding of the financing and real estate appraising process, which ensures successful transactions with the utmost efficiency.
In 2006, Sharon was awarded the #1 Agent for Coldwell Banker Award in San Diego County and was in the top 50 Agents in Southern California. She is still the Top Agent for Coldwell Banker in Ramona and continues to rank in the Top 10 Nationwide Agents for Coldwell Banker for the last 20 plus years.
Sharon has served 4 terms as the President of the Local Realtor Association, was instrumental in the development of Dollars for Scholars, and 3 times chaired the Annual Casino Night Fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club. She was also elected Honorary Mayor of Ramona, which was decided by who had the most $1.00 donations to the Ramona Town Hall Restoration Project; she held this position for a total of 4 terms.
In addition, in 2011 and 2016, Sharon was selected as a recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award consumer driven recognition showing Real Estate Agents who score highest in overall satisfaction. Fewer than 7% of San Diego County area Real Estate Agents were selected.
