Hi, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2005, after managing a Law Office/Title Company for 15+ years. I opened Kootenai River Realty in 2009, and have enjoyed helping Buyers and Sellers understand the real estate process. Working at a Title Company/Law Office allowed me to understand all facets of the real estate process from title searches to closing a transaction to preparing legal documents.
