Shasta Kreighbaum started at Holladay in 2008 has a part-time leasing consultant for Maple Lane Apartments in Elkhart. When the company doubled its residential portfolio in 2018, Shasta's knowledge of residential management and passion for customer service launched her into a new position: Residential Specialist. Her primary duty is to help Holladay's residential property managers to oversee our communities in Indiana and Illinois. In addition to working with the Vice President of Property Management to develop policies and procedures, she is also responsible for recruiting and training talented property managers and leasing agents, reviewing the financial performances of each property, and assisting the property managers with coordinating capital improvements and maintaining their communities to the highest of standards.
