Shawn W. Howell graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with a degree of Bachelor of Science with a Retail Major.
After graduating, Shawn began a career in commercial real estate with Howell and Associates of Charleston, Inc. This firm is now maintained and managed by him acting as president of the corporation. In addition, Shawn has developed and brokered many types of commercial properties in South Carolina and the surrounding Charleston areas, such as retail, office/office warehouse, industrial and single family.
Shawn Howell is a member in good standing with the South Carolina Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Division of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. He maintains a South Carolina Real Estate License.
