Shawn D. Sweeney is a principal of TSB Realty and senior vice president of TSB Capital Advisors. At TSB, he is responsible for sourcing new business, analyzing transactions and managing the due diligence process for clients. Shawn has an in-depth knowledge of student housing, consulting on more than 200 transactions involving 100,000 beds at 60+ colleges and universities nationwide, representing over $10 billion in transaction volume.
Prior to joining TSB Capital Advisors and forming TSB Realty, Shawn worked as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm. While at the firm, he was involved in over $500 million in closed financings across multiple types of real estate.
