Sheil recently joined T & S Hotel Advisors, working in conjunction with Sid Tewari out of the California office. Prior to joining, Sheil spent 11 years with Marcus & Millichap in the Newport Beach office as a senior agent specializing in multifamily brokerage. Sheil started his career in commercial real estate in 2009 during one of the greatest recessions of our generation. His strong work ethic allowed him to build and cultivate lifelong relationships while facilitating numerous transactions involving multifamily, hospitality, and land development. Sheil is known for his meticulous approach to evaluating a property, uncovering hidden value, and producing innovative strategies to maximize asset worth. Part of his role in this new hospitality venture will be specializing in SRO conversions.
