With over28 years of experience in the industry, Sheila Dine knows her way around Real Estate and sales. For 7 years Sheila owned a Construction Company with a partner. The primary focus of the company was government projects and residential remodeling. Separate from the construction company, Sheila owned a business management company focused on helping business owners set up their company, create business contacts, and implement time management systems.
In 1994 Sheila went full-time in Real Estate, working with a lender on the processing of loans before being recruited by a title company where she worked in sales & management for 13 years; all the while holding a Real Estate license.
Sheila’s combined knowledge of title, lending, management, and sales made her a valuable asset to the industry and an obvious target for recruitment by several agencies. Sheila chose Keller Williams where she became a Team Leader and CEO of the branch she operated. It was here that she achieved top recruiting status for many years before deciding to open her own franchise. After building a dynamic team and growing her franchise to over 80 agents, Sheila sold her franchise in order to return to her true passion of working more closely with her clients.
