Sheila joined Cresa in July of 2009 after owning her own firm, Madison Clark Group, a corporate real estate brokerage, advisory and development company. At Madison Clark Group, she developed and implemented strategies and transactions for local and national account clients and ensured that clients experienced the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Prior to starting up Madison Clark Group, Sheila was an Executive Vice President with Transwestern. She provided real estate brokerage and advisory services to a myriad of clients, ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 100 corporations. She led a variety of strategic and tactical real estate engagements and implemented numerous transactions. Sheila worked closely with her clients to enable them to determine the optimal real estate solution to most effectively support their unique business objectives.
Previous to Transwestern, she served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities and as a member of the executive management team at divine, Inc., a software enterprise organization. Her responsibilities included strategy development, management of transactions and the integration and operations of all offices and facilities. Her team was comprised of 50 employees and she was responsible for divine’s North American and international portfolio of approximately 1.5 million SF.
Prior to joining divine, she was at Jones Lang LaSalle for five years as a Senior Vice President. She successfully managed multiple national accounts, as well as generated new business opportunities for the firm. Sheila was also employed with Draper & Kramer for five years in asset management and corporate services.
