Shelley has lived in Southwest Colorado for over 28 years. She now owns and operates EXIT Realty Home & Ranch. Also, as a full time agent, Shelley is consistently a Top Producer because she listens to what her customers want and she works every day for them! Shelley`s customers become her lifelong friends. When going through the process of buying or selling, it is important to have someone that is easy to talk to and understands their clients lending needs. Shelley has over 30 years of real estate & mortgage experience which makes a huge difference in getting her clients deals done. Prior to her real estate career, she served as Senior Vice President for Principal Financial Group a large insurance and finance company where she established their acquisition division and worked nationally running over 400 underwriters, negotiating acquisitions and providing secondary marketing service for Wall Street firms. Shelley moved to Pagosa Springs in 1995 from Los Angeles to enjoy a better quality of life for herself and her family. She is extremely well versed in the development of proposed projects both in Durango and Pagosa Springs. Her background in finance services and real estate gives her the perfect blend of skills to best represent her clients' interests.
