Sheryl Ann Phillips worked for the big car company, General Motors, Fisher Body in the Personnel Department at the early age of 18. GM paid for her college education but she just felt something was missing. Sheryl took a leap of faith and decided to work for her in-laws who were real estate developers. In her late twenties, Sheryl started selling new construction homes and has been in real estate since 1986.
Opening up a real estate company, Sheryl's firm was the top real estate firm, in her area, for years.
Sheryl has been in real estate for over 30 years and attributes her success to persistence. When you're married to someone who gets up at 5 a.m.....you have no choice other than to get up at 5 a.m.
Meet my partner.....Rick Phillips known as the "Man from Michi-gan". Born and raised in Lake Orion, Michigan. Rick is well-known for his super-fast racing days in his STV boat on all-sports Lake Orion. A local celebrity with an unbelievable funny personality. Rick had owned a successful landscape supply yard and trucking company in Oxford for over 26 years.
Rick started visiting the Florida Keys in the early 80's and has owned a home in Duck Key for over 19 years.
