Originally from Central Florida, Sheryl moved to New York to earn a bachelor’s degree in business administration and certification in design at F.I.T. College. This knowledge, combined with her graduate degree in healthcare administration and teaching, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses in her real estate career. Whether she is negotiating the best deal, educating prospective buyers and sellers, or creatively marketing your property, Sheryl has the experience and education required to be a strong advocate for your distinctive needs.
Sheryl started her real estate career in 2002 flipping multi-family properties. She was responsible for renovating, project budgeting, and tenant leasing. In 2008, Sheryl and her husband converted one of their rental properties into a 32-bed assisted living facility. They managed the facility until 2018 when the operation was converted into condos. Sheryl and her husband created the largest training and consulting company in Florida, for the assisted living industry. They also work with clients to buy and sell assisted living facilities. Sheryl’s knowledge of commercial real estate makes her uniquely qualified to represent you in your journey into homeownership or in taking the first step to procuring an investment property.
Sheryl is extremely creative when it comes to marketing. She has the knowledge to engage potential customers through videos and social media targeting. She has a keen eye for design and can get your home ready to sell. When Sheryl is not in the office or volunteering, you will often find her at the beach, enjoying time with her husband and son, taking full advantage of the age-old adage: Location, Location, Location!
