Shields joined Colliers in February of 2023 as an associate, supporting the Industrial, Retail, and Office teams. Shields is a Raleigh native, with deep roots in the community that allow her to provide valuable insights and guidance in the market.
Prior to joining Colliers, Shields spent a year in Washington D.C., as a post-graduate fellow engaging in extensive training regarding principles of leadership, relationship-building, and communication with business, civil, and political leaders. This experience has given her a unique perspective and set of skills that will undoubtedly benefit her clients.
Shields graduated from North Carolina State University at the top of her class, earning a degree in Fashion and Textile Brand Management and Marketing, with a minor in Business Administration. She has a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a talent for problem-solving. Shields is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, with a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
