Silvia's daily goal is to provide excellent service to Buyers and Sellers with integrity, honesty, and a caring approach. She has been a full-time Realtor since 1999 and holds the title of Certified Residential Specialist. In addition to working in McAlester, she also operates in all surrounding Counties, handling various types of properties such as Homes with or without land, Lake Properties, Land, Farms, and Ranches. Her expertise extends to all areas of real estate, including loans, gift programs, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, USDA Agriculture Loans, Easements, adverse Possession, current Real Estate Market Trends, and more.
Silvia is known as the "Working Realtor" due to her attention to detail, dedication, upfront approach, integrity, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to guide the listing-selling-closing process. The repeat business and referrals she receives are a testament to the trust and confidence she has earned from her clients and customers, which she considers an honor. Adhering to the Golden Rule of Conduct and pursuing continuous education are important values to her as she strives to deliver the best possible service.
Being multilingual in German and English, Silvia possesses an understanding of different cultures and respects diversity. Over the years, she has been actively involved in various roles within the Southeastern Association of Realtors, serving as State Director, President, Vice-President, Board Director, and Chair for Education, Fundraising, and RPAC. She has also contributed to social functions for the association. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, the Southeastern Oklahoma Association has awarded her the "Realtor of the Year" accolade twice in a span of five years. Another source of pride for her is her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist, a distinction achieved by only 3% of Realtors in the United States.
Outside of her professional endeavors, she participates in numerous community projects, donates to Disabled Veterans Projects, and supports other organizations in need. Whenever a lending hand is required, she can be relied upon to assist.
