Simon is a dynamic and results-oriented real estate professional with extensive experience in both leadership and sales across Southern California. Since January 2020, Simon has served as a Team Leader/Manager at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in Torrance, where he leads strategic initiatives to recruit high-performing real estate agents and accelerate the office's financial performance. He oversees the development of staff and provides business development and financial consulting to top agents, helping them achieve significant growth in their personal production. Simon is deeply committed to fostering a learning-based environment and ensuring that agents have access to the best training and educational opportunities available, all while maintaining a positive and empowering workplace culture.
In addition to his leadership role, Simon is the Acquisition Broker and Owner of Performance Realty Group, a position he has held since April 2017. Through his work with Performance Realty, Simon specializes in real estate acquisitions, leveraging his keen market insights and negotiation skills to close successful deals.
Simon's career also includes serving as Branch Manager at CENTURY 21® from January 2018 to January 2020, and as Managing Broker at Keller Williams Realty from February 2014 to April 2018. In these roles, he was responsible for managing office operations, training agents, and mentoring staff, all while contributing to the growth and success of the offices he led. Simon's ability to balance the dual responsibilities of agent management and business development has made him a respected leader in the real estate community.
