A seasoned commercial-industrial broker and real estate consultant, Simon has extensive experience in representing owners/investors and users of the following properties:

For 25 years, Simon has helped individuals and institutional clients in the acquision, disposition, leasing and management of commercial & investment properties. He has also helped clients in asset management, value preservation, turn-around of distress assets and restructuring of loans. He has been involved in many subdivision and land development projects and build-to-suit projects. Prior to his real estate career, Simon was a business and financial manager at TRW (now part of Northrop Grumman) responsible for financial and business management, price/cost analysis, contract negotiation,
compliance of government contracting laws and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
