Simon Figg has been a specialist in Tenant Representation and Commercial Real Estate Services since 1997. He has assisted corporate real estate clients in managing their real estate obligations and in planning future facility needs. Throughout his career Mr. Figg has completed projects for office, retail and industrial clients totaling over 2 million square feet. His clients range from small privately owned businesses to global publicly traded companies. Mr. Figg has worked at 3 major Dallas real estate firms spending the majority of his career with Grub & Ellis Company as Vice President of Tenant Representation Services. Simon Figg has an extensive commercial real estate background and a great deal of experience assisting clients with strategic facility planning, market analysis, site selection, demographic research, economic incentives, contract negotiations and lease audits. He has helped clients with many property types including; sale/leaseback, ground lease, office, industrial, retail, restaurant, land, medical, data center and call center requirements. Mr. Simon Figg is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. In his spare time he has a great appreciation of music and loves to play the guitar when he’s not enjoying a game of golf.
