Simon is a Lead Partner and Head of Industrial Development for the UK. His experience is in Industrial agency and development nationwide, particularly in the West Midlands and South West. This includes regeneration projects, representing a number of large regional and national corporate clients and developers, urban regeneration and expert witness for planning appeals and litigation cases.
Simon has also appeared at numerous planning inquiries as well as the High Court and the House of Commons. He takes part in Pan European logistics activity on behalf of investors, developers and occupiers, along with speaking at conferences on logistics throughout the UK, Europe, China and the US.
