Simon has 26 years’ experience in providing commercial leasing, development and investment advice in the South Bank and fringe markets. He is well known for his unrivalled knowledge of all things South Bank, having acted for a wide range of schemes for clients including Hermes, Columbia Threadneedle, Aberdeen Standard, The Berkeley Group, Westminster Real Estate, GMS Estates, CBRE Global Investors, McKay Securities, Overcourt, Nuveen and Dorrington.
Simon is currently providing Overcourt with leasing and refurbishment advice on over 120,000 sq ft and was recently on the leasing team for Hermes on the South Bank Central scheme which comprised 225,000 sq ft of office space. He also advised Dorrington on the re-letting of 6,800 sq ft at 200 Great Dover Street, SE1.
