Siv joined Avison Young in June of 2021 after spending over 3 years with an international commercial brokerage, and has continued his practice offering Retail Leasing and Sales advisory services to tenants, landlords, purchasers, and vendors across the greater Edmonton area. Siv has represented numerous clients ranging from growing businesses to multi-market retailers and prides himself on his ability to provide leasing strategies, expansion strategies, market analysis, site selection services, and lease negotiations in a thorough, timely, and professional manner.
Siv is a proud graduate of the Alberta School of Business where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Certificate in Real Estate, and also spent time as President of the University of Alberta Real Estate Club. It was through these experiences that Siv gained an appreciation for the way we interact with the built environment, which inevitably led him to a career in retail brokerage.
