Skip Crane serves as Senior Vice President at NAI Capital’s Ontario office, where he focuses on properties in the Inland Empire and eastern San Gabriel Valley. He specializes in land development and retail leasing and sales. A sample of the professional services he provides include: Broker Opinion of Value, Client Trade Area Surveys, Tenant Representation, and Site Searches. Skip’s professionalism, extensive market knowledge and years and experience have allowed him to develop strong client relationships. Some of his strategic clients include Rite Aid, Staples, Starbucks, Stater Bros, JP Morgan Chase, Office Depot, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Marriot International, IHOP Restaurants, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza, Wendy’s and many more. He has won several awards for his work including Top Grubb & Ellis Inland Empire Retail Broker (2005, 2006, 2007,2008, 2010, 2011) and CoStar Power Broker (2011).
Skip has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining NAI Capital, he was a Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he worked in the Inland Empire market for 32 years. He also worked as a Sales Associate at Walker & Lee Commercial Real Estate. Skip has an extensive background in sales, holding positions at Schock Boats, Davies-Rose Pharmaceuticals, and Trans-Pac Yacht Sales. He also served three years active duty in the United States Navy.
