Alan "Skip" Panettiere has always had a passion for real estate. Skip has been a resident of Rockland County for over 30 years. He has worn many hats over those years, a restauranteur, a contractor, and an owner of several small businesses to name a few. However, his greatest source of pride has been to serve as a firefighter for 20 years where he capped off his career as a lieutenant. He is a valued member of the Nyack and Piermont Chamber of Commerce. As a resident of Piermont, he participates in community activities on a regular basis and contributes to different causes.
