Having been in the real estate business for over 50 years, Skip Weber has experienced a lot. First as a salesman of homes, then as a trainer, public speaker, manager, broker, and owner of companies, he later found his true love by specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
This broad spectrum of different business situations often reflect the infinite things that pop up in people’s lives in between the time they decide that they want to do something in real estate and the time that it can actually finalize. Pitfalls happen. It takes a steady hand to guide most people through the process when the inevitable problems arise – not one that hasn’t been through it before.

“Having had many real estate and insurance offices and literally thousands of agents all over southeast Louisiana, I feel very lucky to be able to help those with whom I work to do business in every area of town and in most surrounding parishes. Few people have been able to work all over the area as I have, and to have overseen as many transactions to a successful conclusion. Now that commercial sales are my focus, I’m really enjoying it thoroughly,” Weber said.
