Skylar Smith joined Newmark in 2022 and currently serves as an Associate Senior in the company’s San Jose, California, office. As the newest broker to her office, Skylar has become an expert in tenant outreach specializing in targeted emails and strategic door knocking.
Skylar came to Newmark after graduating from Santa Clara University, where she studied Finance and minored in Real Estate. During her time at SCU she was a stellar student-athlete, playing all 4 years on the Women’s Soccer D1 program and winning the 2020 D1 National Championship.
