Sonny represents healthcare clients in the San Francisco Bay region and throughout Northern California. His specialties include medical leasing and purchases and sales of buildings and land. Sonny is equally adept at exclusive landlord listings and tenant representation. Selecting sites for Medical and Senior Housing, which include Alzheimer's and Dementia locations, is a highly specialized skill of Sonny 's.
Sonny brings an insightful, focused and "client first" skill set to his assignments. Specializing in medical, his clients are drawn to his drive to assist them in exceeding their goals for either locating properties to purchase, sell, lease or develop.
Over the past 20 years, Sonny has a history of serving the healthcare industry. As the director of leasing and operations for PM Realty Group, he managed a portfolio of 2 million square feet of medical office buildings in seven states for the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). During this assignment, he became aware of the specialized need for real estate services for medical facilities, professionals and as a good investment opportunity for his clients. Combining this management experience with his brokerage skill allows Sonny the ability to understand operations of the buildings he is looking to lease, purchase or sell for his clients.
Prior to joining TRI Commercial in 2018, Sonny developed the healthcare services division at Transwestern in Walnut Creek. Prior to that, Sonny started the medical division within Grubb & Ellis that consolidated his expertise in medical and dental leasing and sales within the East Bay area. Current and past assignments include site selection and lease / purchase / sale negotiations for a national dialysis clinic in Northern California, medical office leasing & building purchases & sales, market due diligence, purchase and sale of Medical Office Buildings of all sizes. Sonny has brokered for Medical Build to Suit Developers and numerous site selections for Bay Area medical offices, clinics and senior housing locations.
