Sophia focuses on a win-win negotiating style and works to build strong Realtor® relationships to keep her customers in the best negotiating position possible. Her highest priority is to keep her clients well-informed on the progress of their home sale or purchase and to empower her customers with resources and options to help ensure their overall satisfaction; anticipating a need in advance.<br /><br />Sophia has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ePro designations. She received her BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in video and film production and uses her highly specialized creative and organizational skills in the real estate industry. She grew up in a family of real estate investors, entrepreneurs, is the daughter of a retired architect, and her mother was the once VP of the notable publishing company for Southern Homes magazine; a premier luxury lifestyle magazine featuring prominent Southern Homes in the 80's and 90's.<br /><br />Sophia is the wife of one of Tampa's notable contemporary artists, Edgar Sanchez Cumbas. She an active mother with a focus on health and nutrition, enjoys yoga, collecting contemporary art, is an avid explorer, and seeks balance in life. Sophia and her family are long time residents of Davis Islands, Palma Ceia, and Seminole Heights. Oh, and she loves to have fun!
