He focuses exclusively on small and mid-sized properties in South Central and West Denver, specifically the University of Denver area, Englewood, Littleton, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater and Golden. Spencer was born and raised in Colorado Springs and grew up in a real estate family. He graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts and earned an MBA from Tulane University.
