Spencer Hayes is the Cushman & Wakefield market leader in Austin and San Antonio. In 2016, over 23 years after co-founding Oxford Commercial where he served as its Managing Partner, Spencer led his partners in the sale of Oxford to Cushman & Wakefield. Since that time, Spencer has guided C&W to a commanding market share, more than doubling the size of the team and its revenue. In addition to his leadership role, Spencer handles consulting and marketing assignments for clients who require the most creative solutions for office and tech/flex space. As one of the most active and respected commercial real estate professionals in Austin, Spencer was Oxford Commercial’s top historical production leader and was recognized multiple times as the firm’s annual top producer. Spencer has been involved in hundreds of lease transactions exceeding 5,000,000 square feet and sales of over 1,000,000 square feet for his clients in Austin, as well as multiple markets internationally.
